Information about the event.
Discover the profound symbolism and geometry of the Chakras in this immersive two-hour
workshop. The chakras are described as wheels of concentrated energy, with a physical
point of reference in the spine. They are known as psychic centres each possessing
particular qualities we can tune into. They are symbolised as lotus flowers with a specific
number of petals, an animal and a yantra (geometric shape). Through Yoga, breathing
techniques, mantra, mudra and singing bowls you will learn to tune into and embody the
energy and qualities of each chakra. The journey culminates with a guided Yoga Nidra and
sound bath attuned to resonate with the chakras which helps to integrate the insights and
energies cultivated during practice.
