Judith Lynch Video One

An hour’s class focusing on lifting the spirits, self care and compassion and a bit of fun. It can easily be split into 2 half-hour sessions, if preferred. Part 1 is gentle exercises and postures, Part 2 takes you through a facial massage, the lion posture, eye/neck exercise and a relaxation.

Introductory notes.

February class is 55 minutes long. The focus is on dissipating tightness or stiffness around the hips and lower back, inevitably caused by too much sitting during this lock down and cold winter period. Finishes with a 10 minute savasana, practicing 3-part breathing.

This class lasts 60 mins. The theme is “All the little bits and pieces”. It focuses on freeing up and strengthening the following:Hands, wrists, fingers, feet, toes, ankles, elbows, neck, shoulders and the eyes.
