Judith Lynch Audio Recording

The audio tape lasts 53 minutes, including a reasonably long relaxation/visualisation exercise.

The session focuses on the Water Element. I would like to thank Callie Meakin for her inspiration. In April I purchased her mini course entitled “Embracing the Elements.” This supported me in the early days of lock-down and I subsequently wished to share some of the ideas and learning with my own yoga students during the summer months. I now extend this offer to CYTA members.

I apologise for a mistake I made in the instructions. During the first mini flow sequence moving between Warrior 2 and Trikonasana as I repeat the instructions I inadvertently start to call the first posture Warrior 1. For the absence of doubt you are should be still working with Warrior 2.

As they sometimes annoyingly say in cafes and restaurants when they deliver your food – Enjoy! (Those were the days…)
