I currently run online group yoga classes and I also provide one to one tuition in person and via Zoom.
In addition to my yoga classes I provide online and in person meditation classes. These consists of a Guided Visualisation, breath work and sensory awareness techniques.

My profile.
I have been practising Yoga for nine years and have been teaching for three years now. I am passionate about the attention to detail in my Yoga classes and love to share what I have learned with my students.
I teach students not just to “do” the poses but also to “feel” them, giving the student greater understanding of how their own body works. We practise breathing techniques which teach us how to breathe correctly and effectively. With this knowledge my students can use Yoga to relieve many ailments including pain and fatigue.
I have been taught by a variety of teachers including Iyengar Yoga Teachers, British Wheel of Yoga Teachers and British School of Yoga Teachers. I have learned much from each style of Yoga including the completion of the Foundation course with the British Wheel of Yoga. My Diploma is with the British School of Yoga and I am a member of the Committee of Cheshire Yoga Teachers Association.
I offer a varied class suitable for beginners and those who have practised for many years. All my classes include a guided relaxing meditation to end the practise after the muscles have been stretched, massaged and toned. This time encourages students to feel calm and relaxed in a safe environment with self awareness. My Yoga classes also offer a regular opportunity to step out of the distractions of everyday life to focus with awareness and to enjoy a better quality of life.
