CYTA Training Day: Embracing the Changes of Autumn

Date: Saturday 28th September 2019

Time: 10am to 12noon.

Location: Wilmslow Methodist Church, Water Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5AR

Tutor: Felicity Leigh BWY Diploma Course Tutor.

Felicity Leigh (BWY Diploma Course Tutor) will guide us to slow down and go deeper into our practice, which will include reflections on the qualities associated with Autumn as a focus for various areas of practice (postures, breath work & meditation) , including the changing colours, the fruitfulness of harvest time, and also how the qualities associated with the change of the seasons might affect us (from an ayurvedic perspective).

Afterwards please stay on to enjoy lunch and a good chat. (Just bring a little food to share with the group.)

BRING – non slip mat for posture work (or carpet/rug), small blanket or wrap for relaxation, and shared lunch

Parking- limited free parking is available at the rear of the hall.

Car sharing- Contact Sue or any of the Committee if you wish to share either as a driver or passenger and lessen our carbon footprints!

This event is free to CYTA Members.

Non-members may attend for a fee of £10. This entitles them to attend the Training Day and includes CYTA membership, with all its benefits, until the end of March 2020.
